Hey guys I'm thinking about doing an enema but want to start off with something safer then a Coffee Enema.

I have hemorrhoids

I'm hoping to have the candida come out like fellow posters or the mucus rather

Should I go with saline, apple cider vinegar, or Sea Salt , or something else?
Will I get the results of mucus with them?
