I doubt there is a way. I eat a lot of avocadoes and olive oil, I've been eating nothing but meat and veggies for 4 months now. I am finally gaining a bit of weight, but definitely not bulking. I think i'm just absorbing more nutrients, vs the candida eating it because most of them have been killed.
