I have them for years. The headaches manage go down in frequency, simply because I think my immune system manage to kill some of them, but they're still common enough to do damage.

I have started to take garlic, but I ran out yesterday. The headaches manage to stall for the time I took it, but now they've come back.

Sorry, but I have to go to school now. I'll explain everything else later.
