I have started taking mag. c-vit, selenium (the L-thingy), and to paint my thyroid before bed, now i just need to order some boron, I also add some Zink, fish oil and tumeric.

The last two is because i have had some irritating inflammation in my right shoulder for some time, and now it is time to do something about that too.
