Based on information readily available, when the HAARP project first began many years ago, the array built at Gakona Alaska was supposedly projected to operate with 3.5 gigawatts of output power by the time the project reached it's conclusion. In technical terms some people may also refer to such a device as a Particle Gun, Particle Accelerator, Particle Beam, etc, capable of shooting many watts of RF energy very high in to the outer reaches of our atmosphere, possibly targeting particular spots as the need may be..........but for what true purpose and need? While pondering this question, also ponder what the true reason is that in the intervening years, RF towers of various fortified bunker-looking desings and other like antennae have sprouted literally all over this globe, like mushrooms after a rain, except in this instance these so called "cellphone / tv/radio" towers have a habit of being in places where reception is otherwise absent, at least for the average man and woman consumer, but then again, there is always the benevolent government secretly working the will of it's people to consider.
While pondering any of the many and various plausible answers and theories that may be thrown about, a 3.5 gigawatts RF generator can certainly be classified a variety of ways, including as a weapon of mass destruction regardless of who's hands it may be in, even should it be the likes of an alleged benevolent u.S. government secretly carrying out the will of it's people in the interest of national security.
