Be warely of the cost of these programmes, however anything that helps your mind combat what plagues you is worth the time, no matter what anyone else says. Remember, these forums are just the blind leading the blind, if everyone was fixed, id listen more and more as well, but nobody is, so we nee to find our own paths...and it sure isnt in a synthetic vitamin bottle or by shoving coffee up our ass's! The mind needs healing as much as the body, they are two entities, but act as one
