I cant believe his book said that! They where already aware I had high DHEA from my ASI test...Thy are just a money making machine, same as NB, a machine they have constructed that has no insurance and no responsibility.
Would you give your money to someone on the street for a TV that may or may not work, and has the known potential to blow up and set fire to your house? and you cant ring them when you do because they only sold you the tv? But as we are sick, we need something to hold onto, something that may just help...its all a massive con unfortunately.
He scared me so much into doing anything outside of his 'protocol'..even self-gratification, my life became a question of everything, its no way to live. My plan is to now get stable off the benzos and move to natural hygiene way of living...an no supplements. Supplements are no better than pharmacueticals I think.
Th forum is draining, buts its difficult to avoid as we have little else to do while we are on our death beds! Also the constant blind leading the blind is terrible...the NB forum is even worse for that. I think the best route is what Sherpa did...design your own programme, stick to breathing excercises and light yoga religiously...and youll see the transformation. It just takes time, a lot of time.
Magnesium - for the WD's get some mag oil...spray it on when you get anxiety, it works wonders. Work your way up using mag citrate 100mg capsules slowly to aroun 400mg..stay on this till your hair test confirms low magnesium, than work it up to around 600-1000mg. It will help the hypoglycemia lots, mine is much much better after a couple of months on this.
