The bar that holds the footrest/ankle locks has height adjustments printed on it. I just went and checked and it goes up to at least 6'6". The height must be calibrated so the table will balance, but it is easily adjusted so more than one person can use the table. There is also a double locking system for safety. Its almost time for me to do my short workout. I do four a day now, but when I can be inverted for a longer period I'll probably just do two a day. I tried the 90 degree tilt for a few seconds just to see how it felt, it was a weird sensation. Right now I'm happy at 45 degrees and content to take things slowly like the directions say.
