Hey trick how are you doing?
I'm thinking about going back on lexapro 2.5mg as part of a comprehensive regime also including adaptogenic herbs, yoga, breathing exercises and vitamin C.I had a bad ride with adrenalo glandulars when i came off them due to kidney pain after about a week of use(they downregulated my acth i believe) which led to about a week of very low cortisol followed by a few days of mixed low/very high cortisol.

Things seem to have settled down a little now but i heard you had a good response with the lexapro - what else helped you apart from the ssri?
