Gupta was one of the first things I tried, naturally, since we have similar views on this being mind based. He seems to be sincere but he is not cured and nobody on his program will be cured. I'm sure of it.

You have to go a lot deeper than just eliminating stressful thoughts and reactions in the moment to be cured. I see the biggest value of his program to be learning self awareness. Constantly checking on yourself is SO important to limit internal stress. You don't need to pay $200 to practice self awareness though.
