yes you are eating tons of stuff i can't eat. I even found the FOS in the probiotics I was taking...were enough to keep candida alive....chicory root, inulin all these things it seems to eat. Frans Klis is a Dr whom has studied candida extensively.....his research seems to indicate that candida will eat just about anything really.

I can't eat grain "seeds" of any kind. Cooked carrots no, eggplant was really bad.....dark green are the best. I can eat a white potato maybe once a week...but has to be plain no butter or anything.

I am on year four now "trying to get rid of it".
