You are eating a lot of things that I shouldn't eat on my diet (from my Naturopath).

No Whey. Better is hemp protein.

No burrito (tortilla) with rice and beans. Chipotle has a bowl and You can order no rice, no beans.

No legumes. No peas.

Also You don't seem to eat a lot of vegetables, eat more.

There are a lot of diets out there and You have to try what works for You.
