Why do you want to do another fast so soon?

What benefits were you expecting but did not receive?

Eating well is just as important as fasting. Your body still heals and cleanses itself in a fed state, so don't feel that you must go without food in order to improve your health.

You ended your fast three months ago or so. Unless you are treating a specific life threatening condition, it is probably better to improve your health with diet, juices etc before undertaking another fast.

A well nourished body will handle a fast much better than an undernourished one. If you did a pure water fast, then your body used up a lot of it's nutrient reserves. Since ending the fast, have you eaten well enough to replenish those reserves and nourish your body? If you were weak during the first fast, then you may be weaker during the second fast if you have not done a proper re-feeding.

Do not be disappointed by your fasting experience. You cannot direct your body in a fast. Your body is in control and it will do it's own thing. Fasting simply allows the body to shut down and redirect energy, which allows for more intense healing and cleansing.

Do not drink a lot of water during your fast. Do not take vitamins during a fast. Your body has to expend energy to deal with the water and the vitamins. It is normal to feel weak during a long fast. That is why many people prefer "resting" fasts, during which they don't deal with responsibilities like work and school. You may find fasting while going to school difficult because your body is in conservation mode during a fast. But you may find it easier than the first time, since your body has experienced it before. In addition, fasting while going to school may be less boring than a resting fast. It is really not possible to predict the fasting experience so the only way to know how you will feel is to do it. Just keep in mind that if you want your body to use most of it's energy for healing, then it is better to limit physical and mental activity during the fast.

With regard to your medication, it is generally not a good idea to take medication during a Water Fast of more than a few days. Your body will become very sensitive to medication and even your usual dose may become toxic. Also, ingesting a toxic substance while trying to detoxify the body is defeating the purpose of the fast. But also be careful of the dangers of abruptly stopping medication like the one you are taking.

If you feel that you need to incorporate fasting right now, why not alternate a few days of eating with a few days of fasting for a few months?
