you may be having a topical allergic reaction to flax seed.
I would try a raw honey, tea tree, greek yogurt mask. And a spoonful of honey every day.
Honey rebuilds the skin, is incredibly moisturizing, and antibacterial. yogurt and tea tree oil will kill the fungus/eczema)

*Raw garlic is a great herb that fights aging (a couple cloves a week)

drinking a lot of water, and warm showers (opposed to hot) helped with my eczema
