So symptoms free now - wondering what's your plan next? Will you adress the underlying cause as it usually said it exist or just start Probiotics food?
I'm wondering if Pinecone works also for other pathogens they said is for immunity boost.

I remember 2 years ago before figuring out the causes I was taking cordiceps and gingseng for immunity and helped a lot. Bbut as I did not know the cause the soon I finished it and continued poor diet and stress the problems were back. Or maybe they just mask the problems for a while...hm. Already started to have AF symptoms...hm
