OKG (Ornithine alpha-Ketoglutarate) is a glutamine precursor, but is also an ammonia scavenger (your headache due to the glutamine was almost certainly ammonia related).

Colostrum is much more expensive, but very beneficial for healing leaky gut and fighting pathogens.
