Yes, I agree with trapper. Definitely get started on some Natural Thyroid meds. But also you need your iodine, too.

When a person has gone too long without iodine, the thyroid can become damaged so badly that you may need thyroid meds for life. In other cases I have studied, the thyroid can return to full function over a period of years and then you need to reduce your Natural Thyroid Meds, so watch your body temp, and how you feel.
