After 18 months of Iodine use my temperature is still not bumping up massively. Still below the 37 C mark and cold hands/feet a lot of the time (especially when the nutrition intake is not up to scratch).

I am up to 1ml of 5% (which is about 150mg per day) and all co-supps.

Is it worth looking into dessicated thryoid? Is it available on the open market - or should I look into bloodwork (the Dr. is unlikely to check the correct tests)?
