I have read much about it. I have tried a shorter fast I can tell you IT Is Beneficial.
Anyway. 1. You should not be afraid.2. I'd recommend you to start with a shorter fast. 3. Inform your doctor and ask some form of communication .# MOst Important- the time of fasting equals the time you need to get out of fasting. THat is the only Absolute. Yes it gets easier
