I take ~ 30-40mg Lugol's Iodine spread over the day. I'd like to take more, but it's not possible yet.
2 teaspoons of magnesium chloride in a foot bath, almost daily.
5-10g vitamin c (buffered with sodium bicarbonate) spread over the day.
200 mcg L-selenomethionine + some organic brazil nuts.
And ~ 1/2 teaspoon of Borax spread over the day.
I eat no Sugar at all, (only xylitol) drink filtered water, started to eat some organic meat again (after 10 years of being a vegetarian, even vegan for a period), never thought this would ever happen again but it felt "right" (for my health)
I've had this red eyelids problem all over the last years. But since taking Iodine it's a bit more obvious. And the swelling and twitching is new.
I don't have a method to take care of that problem. It feels like not the eyes themselves cause the problem, but as if the eyes are mainly the indicator for other (inflammatory?) processes in my body.
I think in Chinese medicine, eyes are associated with liver health. And my liver hurts for years now. (but also getting better)
Yes I tolerate magnesium orally. But I heard, if you have lyme (what I had or have) then you feed the bugs, when you take it orally. Transdermal is better.
Thanks for your thoughts on Potassium.
Will have a look.
