Looking better by moisturizing and peeling your lips is different than moisturizing your lips to the point where the stop peeling.

If there are so many cases of people moisturizing their lips to the point where they stop peeling completely, then please share a few.

NOT people moisturizing and peeling their lips so they look healthier because they dont have crusts on them.
