It looks a lot like AF to me.
You should definitely look into it further. To start you can go to dr. Lam's website first and read his articles. You don't even have to buy the book to learn if you have AF or not because the book has more to do with recovery.
All the symptoms you described appear to be stress-induced: immune system issues, sleep problems, digestive health etc. they all point in one direction - something is up with your cortisol levels.
And you look healthy and normal which is also very characteristic.

To me it seems like every functioning adult now has some degree of adrenal fatigue because it has a lot to do how one's body responds to stress. I see it in my husband, my friends and my everyone in my family.
It's a subject definitely worth investigating for anyone who is under stress.

I had some unspecific annoying symptoms too which didn't make any sense. I didn't even think they were symptoms or they were somehow related to each other at all. I though I was so unusually tired because I was out of shape after having a nervous breakdown.

For me the key to the puzzle was hypoglycemia.
The body's blood glucose control is severely impaired in presence of AF.
You might want to look into that too. Dr. Lam describes it really well on his website. DrLam.com

When I went to my doctor to check if I was diabetic she said that people like me are "predisposed not to develop diabetes". For months I was trying to figure out what that meant... She also told me I was exceptionally healthy and had nothing to worry about.... Now I think she saw high level of insulin and low blood Sugar which she thought was a good thing. You might want to check for high insulin levels too.
I bought blood glucose meter and found out that my blood Sugar goes up and down so fast that no wonder I felt like crap all the time... From 140 to 70 in under 20 minutes!...
Other important keys are blood pressure which also follows cortisol and extremely painful periods.

Good luck,

Amber
