There is is lots of good input in this thread. Whats best salt (or not)- I have no idea.

What I would do is to use my better judgement, take the salt /info I felt most attracted to. Like I have done all along, follow the intuition, craving etc. My brain is no good at it, but my body seems to know.
Like when I was back and forth about taking iodine, which type etc.
