The warts are always going to come back if you are only applying apple cider vinegar topically to the affected areas on your lip. The key is kill the HPV virus so the wart doesn't return when it comes back. The best way to do this is consume antiviral herbs such as elderberry, licorice, schizandra, and garlic. You won't fully remove the HPV strains but you'll reduce the amount you're suffering from so the warts have a hard time coming back.
