Finally a candida post that mentions the mind/body aspect of recovery! This is one thing I have stressed over and again in my candida book entitled Candida Crusher, that stress and your emotional state has a most profound effect on your immune system, and ultimately will govern the recovery time from candida. It's not just about a "perfect diet", baloney. It's not just about "the best kill pills", baloney too. It's about lifestyle (including diet) as an 80% factor in healing, and supplements and specialized foods account for 20%. At least that's my take on it.
