From my readings and experience, brain fog is a sign of intoxication usually resulting from poor digestion: your liver/kidneys can't cope filtering the many toxins in your system. When the toxins reach your brain you can get from a simple headache if occasional, to brain fog or even chronic sinusitis, conjuntivitis etc.

The emergency cures for brain fog, headaches etc are:
- Water enemas. Any time, but ideally before bedtime (to support your body's night cleansing) plus another in the morning if necessary. It's a fast relief.
- If resulting from a bad meal, Colosan is great.
- Drinking enough water: some 6-10 cups a day, ideally with a little lemon juice.

Next is to try to not to add toxins to your system. Replace your Amalgams by plastic fillings, and it's very important you eat according to your Ayurveda body type (for instance if you are Vata = slim, do discard brown lentils and instead take a lot of soups) and have healthy habits like going to sleep before 10pm etc. A good source of information is Andreas Moritz 's "Key to health and rejuvenation" book.

Treat your filtering organs well: no alcohol, fried foods, ice creams, dairy, soft drinks, medications etc.

And cleanse them:
- Colon hydrotherapy. For instance 3 sessions. then:
- Liver Cleanses (Andreas Moritz method -critical not to miss the colonic after the flush- you'd get toxic!).
- some periodic kidney cleanses.

My sinusitis and brain fog disappeared right after I avoided some foods and started to cleanse. My short term memory however is still so so (I think it may be related with my liver, still partially clogged.
