This guy knows what he's talking about.

I can't wait for the day that all these creams just disappear. Everyone is just looking for a quick easy solution. Man I wish it existed! Mind you, changing my diet wasn't the hardest thing I've ever done. And now I'm cured forever. For REAL too!
