You shouldnt mix apple juice with Epsom Salts because it will leak bile from your gallbladder and you want the bile to build up pressure for the olive oil mixture.

Personally, I take a spoonful of Epsom Salt and swallow it whole with a mouthful of hot distilled water (you barely taste it that way).
