I do believe the cleanses help as well and that is something I'm currently doing and I pray that when I'm finished, it will have a long term effect rather than clear me out until the next winter haha and yes most of what I eat are all vegetables as well although I am not eating fruits because I don't want to fuel the candida in my body as I'm trying to get rid of it.

Like you, I always thought my Acne was hormonal but once I checked it up, my testosterone levels were actually under average so that couldnt be it. I do think my Acne is stress related which is also hormonal. I also think it has something to do with the winter blues since it constantly comes back during the winter time and most people actually break out during the summer. The worse thing about it is once Acne develops from stress, I stress even more which causes even more acne and it becomes an impossibly vicious cycle. Yoga is probably a good idea to relieve this stress.

I have quite a few ideas many of which are inter-related in one way or another which I'll be trying out. Posting on this forum as well as others have helped and has led me to new theories on how to get rid of acne. From all I've read, I am starting to believe a person's psychological and emotional state plays a much larger role than most believe as I see a pattern in the type of people who develop acne as well as what time they develop acne. My recent breakout has been my worse yet and I have also had a slight nervous breakdown and I can't believe its a coincidence. During summertime, I'm much more active and happy going on trips and outings with friends and my skin is better as well.

Anyways, I have a rather large list of things including to buy including Vitamin D the next time I go to the health store and I'll let you know how it works out :).
