I looked up Ayurveda and i am quite interested in trying it. After learning how harmful western medicine can be to ones body, I definitely am more interested towards trying more natural methods for the body to heal.

However, there are many indian terms I don't quite understand like ama, doshas etc. What I found are guidelines to Ayurveda which can help Acne such as not eating incompatible foods together like fish and milk and other guidelines which are similar to the anti-candida diet. I'm not sure I'm able to find what foods and herbs are tailored for my body unless to do so I must find an Ayurveda specialist? By the way I do believe it is a hormone imbalance though probably not testosterone since I am not a teenager and my blood test indicate normal levels. I believe its related to stress hormones which Ayurveda can seem to heal.
