Well I guess there is no set in stone amount of time a person can survive without drinking water, but I would say someone who can complete a dry fast with no food and water for 7 days and not become dehydrated is an extreme case, personally I have never tried it. So since you are obviously the expert on the matter, how long can the average person survive without any food or water?
