I haven't been doing anything ahead of time- I'll definitely start doing a solution with the Himalayan Salt I have here. That's a good point about stuff being absorbed with the garlic!

How long does it usually take to get the solution into the descending and transverse colon? I'll definitely try to pay attention to how it feels and see if I notice where it travels to.
