Nearly 2 years into the Iodine protocol, I feel my mind is changing - for the better I hasten.

It's hard to explain - maybe a more 'at one with the world' or wanting to be spiritual.

Whether this is a coming of age, or not it seems to have coincided, slowly but surely with Iodine intake.

Things that are on my mind more and more recently:

- Spirituality, consciousness, unconsciousness, energy, afterlife etc. The stuff deemed 'hocus pocus' my many today.
- Wanting to meditate
- Looking at the processes that govern modern life - money, politics, celeb culture, consumerism etc - and how sad some of them are.
- Coming to realise that you have to truly believe in what you want to and not let popular opinion sway you, just because.

I may be naive in some of my thoughts and opinions, but I seem to be getting away from many aspects that I used to deem part of a successful and happy life.

I think I'm turning 'hippy' as most people would put it.
