Thanks for the detailed response ann.

I do not suspect my liver is at issue for multiple reasons:
My liver results have come back normal with blood work.
My bloating is on the lower left side (sorry I writ right side in original post but couldn't edit it).
Also it still happens with warm water although I think the bloating is slightly less.

I have tried coffee enemas and have not felt any better or worse afterwards...
