Hi Rog,
I'm getting ready to do my first rectal insufflation. The instructional video for the Promolife O3 - Ozone Elite says to only leave the catheter in for 1 minute and then hold in the gas for 30 minutes. When you said that you did a 20 or 30 minute treatment and then felt like a million bucks, do you keep the catheter in for longer than a minute or just for the minute and then hold the gas in for 20 or 30 minutes?
