All the more reason I suppose to supplement with D3 Krosser.

Darker pigmented skins tend to need far more exposure to direct sunlight than lighter skinned peoples for the same benefits, so either they are not having enough exposure, or some have postulated that atmospheric pollution is preventing the UVB rays from doing their job properly.
