-so, why dont the eskimoes and others living on a traditional whole food diet, have health problems like we have.
thinking weston price..ish A and D natural forms, liver, seal blubber etc

Since I live in Norway, I am raised on, like real cod liver, both vit A and D. Never had a problem with it.
But I had a problem with supplementing vit D

the vit A supplementation went well for a while, but then I got some problems with it too. I later found out it contained processed vit A. And D, in addition to the natural stuff.
