A&D are reported to compete with the same receptors apparently and therefore not a good combo.
As long as D levels are optimized, along with other nutrients such as iodine, then that would be the main prescription for all: sunlight sources being the ideal, but in its absence, health-problems can arise, but so easily avoided.
