Thank you to all of you who made such great suggestions.
I have started a Colon Cleanse today, and have been trying to exercise at least a few times a week. I also bought some hydrocloric acid tablets today to help with my digestion. I will experiment and check out all your suggestions to see if they work for me. Thanks again!
