yes, it will help. but determine for sure to get those things out - the RCs and the amalgams. they will eventually kill you.

as you make strides toward cleansing and nutrition you should not reach the point that youre increasing mercury coming from the fillings before you have them out. use the cutler methods. go to owen's cilantro pesto recipe here on curezone and use it. use brazil nuts in it. breath in through your nose and out the mouth. avoid chewing and hot foods and drinks.
