I think we pretty much agree with everything. Let me be clear I still believe in the relatively minor oral and feminine yeast infections and the rare blood systemic infection, but not that version some in alt med do that they refer to as "candida overgrowth." It is kind of confusing.

I do think emotional stress is the root cause most of the time. Stress requires more non-empty calories to handle it and stress can also cause appetite loss which leads to malnutrition and that causes all sorts of stress to the body and mind. It becomes a real viscous cycle.

I think a person has to release the underlying emotional cause to fully be healed, but I also think it can be handled as long as they get more calories, although it's just bandaiding the situation. But that's the healthiest way to bandaid it in my opinion.
