Did my first enema yesterday (first water then probiotic garden of life) and didn't see anything afterwards. This morning i had a bowel movement and saw this

I finished a month of XS humaworm a week ago and saw no parasites and did parastroy 4 months ago and saw some on two separate days.

What ever it is didn't like the garden of life probiotics! (see little black specs within the thing)
