What does candida in your stool look like? by azulgrana ..... Candida & Dysbiosis Forum

I have been on the candida diet for almost 3 weeks now. I am doing everything I can to rid my body of this--absolutely no sugars, carbs, dairy, starchy vegetables, etc. I have been taking garlic oil, milk thistle, EVCO, and ACV regularly for the past few months (to help with my psoriasis, I was delighted when I found out it's great for candida removal too!)

Coincidentally, I have also noticed strange seed-looking things in my stool for the past few weeks. They are white and kind of small in size. They look exactly like seeds, so at first I thought that's what they were...but I haven't been eating any seed products and there's TONS of them.

Could this be dead candida? I have read that candida is supposed to be long and stringy when the body excretes it, so that's why I'm not sure. My BMs are also weirdly flaky, if that's any help... :P
