Weird stuff with retracing Bella
Im not doing NB literally but when I crashed I did the same - stopped everything except zinc vitamin c b6 krill oil (did great for mood and inflammation). Gentle detox like showers and skin brush twice a day no tv no pc except 30 minutes on cz. Even not doing exactly NB but tried everything including foot detox and Coffee-Enema and foot detox have depleted me like nothing.
So I think we must "expand" the list of NOT NOW stuff by including everything hard for our body. Indeed is trial and error and I think now in "similarities". Because I can't have enough money to start NB now I test a lot just to find out what's working what not. For example 1-2 hour in supermarket is the same as light ce enema or small cup of coffee. I tried it just to see boundaries.
Before I'm doing something or taking something I'm "generalizing" or find an equivalent/similar of that stuff-activity or supplement, etc.
Did not do sauna yet but I imagine it would be the same as foot detox so I avoid it. That why I was painting and not taking iodine.
Let us know how's it going after several days of "light" supplementation.
Btw how are you helping yourself with retracing?
