I didn't use an ointment, I used Doxycycline.

And they prescribe me that specific Antibiotic based on the culture tests.

And from everyone I have read about their Antibiotic treatments did nothing for their lips, even when they had staph, which makes me believe that everyone's doctors are probably correct in assuming its secondary.

Sure it's possible but I'm not going to think of a bunch of different ways to disprove that such as everyone having Antibiotics resistant strands or using the wrong antibiotic. I just assume when they get their culture results their derm. prescribes a suitable antibiotic.
