A better way to think about is to use the Vogel Urticalcin we talked about and add silica to offset the massive onslaught of Aluminum...

Its not just about minerals in the bones or availability its about guarding the kidneys to make sure they don't dump all that good stuff out of the body.

Alu in everything is a war against silica and only negative charged calc is properly absorbed which leaves you with Raw Milk, non nuked Coral Calc, SCD Yogurt or a homeopathy that supplies the negative ions.

..of course lead mimics calc so now one needs to thing sulfur like MSM.. and silica is needed for brain function which is why those planes are up in the sky dumping Alu to begin with..
