i personally would not chelate heavily while still having the mercury in my mouth. it sounds like your adrenals are very fatigued and there really isn't a quick fix for this. the hair test will send you on the right path but in the meantime you might try some licorice tea, keep the diet clean and get lots of veggies and include protein. carrot juice with ginger always picks me up. try to get to sleep by nine at night since the adrenals repair between 10-2 at night. be assured you are a good mom since you are trying to take care of yourself to be able to be there for your son.

when you get the chance try to get those filings out. but there are things you can do to take care of yourself.
