Hmmm I have to agree with you there - I'm not in the 4 lows, but just switched practitioners for this reason. I was doing the CEs and all the water, and it was a disaster. I'm also currently on endo-dren, but taking something else soon. Perhaps consider consulting with Rick Malter? He's more on the Eck side of things and from what I understand that's not enemas or excessive amounts of water.
