I know what it was like ending up in the hospital 4 x's in 7 months do to low sodium, before being diagnosed.

I just wanted to give you a heads up about the salt tablets. They most likely have aluminum in them, which is very very bad for us who are already weakened.

I use Hawaiian Bamboo Jade Sea Salt . No aluminum like the tablets. I have been able to get off the fludrocortisone (for low aldesterone) do to using the HBJ Sea Salt . I carry a small container around and when I need a little I just take a pinch and swollow with water. I was putting it on all my foods I was eating and I have hardly any issues with sodium loss.

I do a hair analysis and this tells me what minerals my body needs and it also tells me what heavy metals I am releasing.
