I usually follow the posts here with interest, although rarely contribute, and have learnt much about iodine; but I wasn't the first to post O/T, and was merely responding to the posts by the member Krosser in this thread who made some very sweeping, and in my view, erroneous statements re' Vitamin D supplementation.

Yes I do take supplemental Iodine (Lugols) because of this forum, so many thanks.
